My Life

My Life?

Glamorous? Not quite—but sometimes, I do feel that way.

When I reflect on my journey, what once felt like rubble now looks like a beautifully paved brick road. I think back on the challenges I’ve faced, and I smile. I survived and conquered things I thought would break me. It’s a reminder of how strong I’ve become.

Our hearts tend to hold on to the pain, while our camera rolls store the memories of the bright moments we often forget. I’ve learned that when life feels like a sinking ship, it helps to scroll back through those pictures. No rhyme or reason, no particular season—it just reminds me that joy still exists.

Life paints its colors with our experiences, and those hues make us who we are. So, where are you in your journey? Is your life on pause, waiting for that first burst of spring heat to thaw things out?

When life feels frozen, it's time to P.U.S.H.—Persist Until Something Happens. I’ve been homeless, hungry, overwhelmed, and at times, even suicidal. But I won’t pretend I haven’t had seasons of joy, love, and abundance, too.

Nature is my sanctuary—green grass, flowers, and the peace they bring. Add some 90s R&B on the radio, and it’s a whole vibe. No phones ringing or buzzing—just me, the breeze, and the calm that comes with it. You feel me?

It’s all about finding balance and savoring the moments that bring us peace, even when life throws its worst at us.
